Show the pickup or delivery date and time in order confirmation email

You can display the pickup or delivery date and time, along with other information, to the customer on the order confirmation email through Shopify when a customer places an order.

1. Log in to your Shopify admin and go to Settings.

2. Click Notifications.

3. Click Customer notifications

4. Click Order confirmation

5. Click Edit Code

6. Download the Order Confirmation template

7. Copy and paste the code from the downloaded file into the Email body (Please get Email body backup first)

8. Click Save!

Customers will see pickup and delivery information in the order confirmation email.

Note: Please test the order confirmation template by creating a new order, as the click and collect or local delivery attribute will not be visible in the email preview.
