When using GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery, we recommend managing your orders within our app.
- Pickup orders
- Local Delivery orders
- Shipping orders
Pickup orders
Inside GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery APP click Orders navigation

Click View to open order

Step 1. Mark as ready for pickup
When the order is ready for pickup click the 'Mark as ready for pickup' button, the customer will receive an email if you have enabled the 'Order ready for pickup' email template in our app.

If a customer does not receive or accidentally deletes an email when the order is marked ready for pickup, you can click the 'Resend email' button.

Step 2. Mark has picked up
When the customer comes to the store to receive items, click the 'Mark as picked up' button. You will see a 'Verify Security Code' popup. Simply obtain the code from the customer and click the 'Verify code' button.
The 'Verify Security Code' popup will appear if you have enabled it in the Click & Collect settings. Please refer to the article for more information on pickup Security code.
Customers will receive an email if you have enabled the 'Order picked up' email template in our app. Read the article How to set email template for Pickup orders.
After you've marked the order as picked up, it will be marked as completed in APP (Not in Shopify).
If you have the setting 'Mark as fulfilled once picked up' enabled in GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery > Settings > Click & Collect, we will automatically fulfill the order in Shopify from the selected location when you mark an order as picked up.
If you Check the check box of "Archive order after picked up". order will automatically be archived in Shopify.

Local Delivery orders
Inside GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery APP click Orders navigation

Click View to open order

Step 1. Mark as ready for delivery
When the order is ready for delivery click the 'Mark as ready for delivery' button, the customer will receive an email if you have enabled the 'Order ready for delivery' email template in our app.

Step 2. Mark as dispatched
When you dispatch an order click the 'Mark as dispatched' button, the customer will receive an email if you have enabled the 'Order out for delivery' email template in our app.

If you have the setting 'Mark as fulfilled once dispatched' enabled in GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery > Settings > Local delivery, we will automatically fulfill the order in Shopify from the selected location when you mark an order as dispatched.

Step 3. Mark as delivered
Once you deliver an order successfully to the customer click the 'Mark as delivered' button, the customer will receive an email if you have enabled the 'Order delivered' email template in our app.

Shipping orders
Inside GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery APP click Orders navigation

Click View to open order

Step 1. Mark as ready for shipping
When the order is ready for ship click the 'Mark as ready for shipping' button.

Step 2. Mark as dispatched
When you dispatch an order click the 'Mark as dispatched' button when the order is on the way to the customer as Shipped.

Step 3. Mark as Shipped
Once the order is shipped successfully to the customer click the 'Mark as Shipped' button.
