Order is not showing in the APP dashboard

In some cases, your customers may bypass our widget on the cart page. When this happens, the order will not be processed by our app.


What will happen when bypassing the widget:


  • Have no information about the method, date, and time

  • Order not shown in our app

  • Not add the tagged to order

  • Not sent pickup or delivery email to customer

  • May not have the correct rate applied

The following reasons explain why customers may bypass the widget and how this can be avoided:

  1. Disable the Buy Now button
  2. Check if you are using an incompatible app that takes over the checkout button. (Contact us for more information)
  3. Check if the Express checkout methods appear before customers select options in our widget on the cart page.
  4. Edit your abandoned checkout emails
  5. Customers bypass the widget before it loading due to poor internet bandwidth.
