How to install GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery Shopify APP

GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery Shopify APP allows you to offer Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Shipping in Shopify.
Open https://apps.shopify.com/click-and-collect-delivery and click the Install button.
Install the app will take you to the Shopify admin panel within your store. Click Install.
Choose the best plan that fits your business.
The app has been successfully installed. Now, simply configure the widget based on your requirements.
1. Tick the methods that you want to enable for customers. Also select your store Languages
2. Configure Shopify setting for billing address
Select a theme and enable the widget to appear on the cart page. (We recommend enabling the widget on a duplicate theme so you can test it out first.)
Click Save!
Enable Location for Click & Collect and Local Delivery
You will see the widget on cart page (Not on checkout page), contact our Support team is still you can't see the widget on cart page.
