Shipping rates via our Store Pickup & Delivery APP

Our latest rates feature enables merchants to utilize rates without requiring access to the Shopify Carrier Service API.

Rate will show your customers only the rates that are related to the selected method in the widget.

• If the customer selects Click & Collect, only show Click & Collect rates
• If the customer selects Local Delivery, only show Local Delivery rates
• If the customer selects Shipping, only show Shipping rates

Inside GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery APP click Shipping rates navigation and click on Enable Configuration button

Select Shipping rates control "via our Store Pickup & Delivery APP", Accepts the Terms and conditions

Click on Enable button

You will see rate setup page

You can add a free rate, or charge for pickup depending on the conditions.

You can set up:

1. The same rate for all pickup locations
2. The different rates for each pickup location

Click on the Add Rate button in the Store Pickup section

Add Rate Name (Customers will see this at checkout)

Choose Location to show rate for perticular location when selected or Select the For all pickup locations option to display rate for all pickup locations.

We have multiple conditions to show the rates on Checkout page for Pickup

1. Price
2. Weight
3. Selected day
4. Order day
5. Product SKU
• Any product match with SKUs
• All products should match with SKU
6. Product Type
• Any product match with Types
• All products should match with Type
7. Zip codes
8. Urgency
9. Selected Date
10. Selected Time
11. Multiple Conditions

1. Rate By Price

Specify the minimum and maximum prices to which these rates will apply. (Keep blank Max price field for no limit)

2. Rate By Weight

Specify the minimum and maximum weight to which these rates will apply. (Keep blank Max Weight field for no limit)

3. Rate By Selected day

Specify the Start Day and End Day to which these rates will apply.

4. Rate By Order day

Specify the Start Day and End Day to which these rates will apply.

5. Rate By Product SKU

• Any product match with Types
• Add multiple SKUs by comma separated.
• Match any one SKU with cart items, rate will show.
• All products should match with SKU
• Add multiple SKUs by comma separated.
• Match all SKUs with cart items, rate will show.

6. Rate By Product Type

• Any product match with Types
• Add multiple types by comma separated.
• If match any one product type with cart items, rate will show.
• All products should match with Type
• Add multiple types by comma separated.
• If match all types with cart items, rate will show.

7. Rate By Zip codes

Specify Zip codes separated by a comma. To include a range of Zip codes, add an asterisk (*) after the characters that begin the range.

8. Rate By Urgency

If you want to Configure Rates based on Urgency, then enter the Min days and Max days. 

Ex 1: If you want to charge for rush days like on the basis of urgency when a user wants pickup on same day you can put Min Days 0(Today) and Max Days 0(Today).

Ex 2: If you want to charge for rush days like on the basis of urgency when a user wants pickup on same day or next day you can put Min Days 0(Today) and Max Days 1(Tomorrow).

9. Rate By Selected Date

Specify the Min Date and Max Date to which these rates will apply on perticular selected date range.

10. Rate By Selected Time

Specify the Start Time and End Time to which these rates will apply on perticular selected time.

11. Rate By Multiple Conditions

Select Multiple Conditions when you want more than one condition to show the rate.

In the Rate Amount field, enter the price you would like to charge for pickups. (Enter 0 for Free).

You can add a Free rate, or charge for Local Delivery depending on conditions.

You can set up:

1. The same rate for all local delivery locations
2. The different rates for each local delivery location

Click on the Add Rate button in the Local Delivery section

Add Rate Name (Customers will see this at checkout)

Click Save.

You need to add all your domestic and international shipping rates directly to your Shopify shipping.

Any rates in Shopify that are not set up within our app will be seen as shipping rates (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other carriers).

Follow The Shopify shipping rates setup article to set up your shipping rates.

Your rate setup is now completed.

We will automatically add these rates to the shipping profiles in Shopify -> Shipping and Delivery settings and show them depending on the checkout method selected in the widget.

You can see some extra words ([cnc_xxx]) on rate which created from our APP.

The codes [cnc_xxx] will serve as indicators to show/hide the rates on the checkout page, and we'll remove extra words when displaying shipping rates to your customers.

Customers will only see Pickup rates when they select the Pickup method in the widget.

Customers will only see Local Delivery rates when they select the Local Delivery method in the widget.

Customers will only see Shipping rates when they select the Shipping method in the widget.
