Add tag for Delivery method

To identify orders for local delivery in Shopify, add a "Local delivery" tag. There are two methods to set up delivery tags.
- Global tag for all Local delivery orders
- Location based delivery tags
Global tag for all Local delivery orders
Inside GAF - Store Pickup & Delivery APP click Settings navigation
Please scroll down to the Tags section. Enter your desired tags here. Additionally, you have the option to enable a tag with the delivery date and time slots selected by the customer.
Enter date and time tag prefix if you want to add before date and time tag
Once you configure it, Click Save!
Location based delivery tags
Go to Locations, Add or Edit existing location
Inside Local Delivery section. you can see the tags field, enter your tag (comma separate for multiple tags)
Once you configure it, Click Save!
Shopify admin can see that tags on order view inside Shopify admin order page
